About the programme

A 2.5-year journey built around three assignments:

  • Two assignments in the Netherlands at the headquarters of different SHV companies (including SHV Head Office, SHV Energy, Nutreco, Kiwa, NPM, Adaptfy).  

  • One international assignment in a different business environment. 

  • Assignments across different business areas such as Commercial, Digital, Operations, Finance, and Audit, allowing you to build a broad perspective across functions. 

The programme combines freedom to explore with a clear structure that supports your development.

Job requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate with a master’s degree in business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. 

  • 0 to 1 year of relevant professional work experience after Master’s graduation.

  • Curious, driven, and proactive. You don’t wait for answers; you explore, question, and take ownership. 

  • Advanced English proficiency (additional languages are a plus). 

  • Available to work full-time from 1 October 2026 and based in the Netherlands at that time. 

  • Internationally mobile and open to building a cross-border career, including living abroad between April 2028 and March 2029.
